Libraries of LTR-RTs from different tools

LTR libraries including the output from following tools:

Inpactor2

LTR_harvest

LTR_finder

LTR_detector

LTR_retriever

FiLTR (referred to as HybridLTR in the file)

For Inpactor2, LTR_harvest, LTR_finder, and LTR_detector, we first partition their intact LTR-RTs into terminal and internal sequences. We then use cd-hit-est with parameters -aS 0.95 -aL 0.95 -c 0.8 to generate consensus sequences.

Since LTR_retriever and FiLTR can accept outputs from tools such as LTR_harvest, LTR_finder, and LtrDetector, as input, we have tested all kinds of input combinations.
