Supplementary material for 'Investigating the impact of insertion sequences and transposons in the genomes of the most significant phytopathogenic bacteria', as described in Microbial Genomics.In this article provide a catalogue of transposable elements, both Insertion Sequences and Transposons in the genomes of an extensive range of major plant pathogens which include 270 complete genomes: <i>Pseudomonas syringae pathovars</i>, <i>Ralstonia solanacearum</i>, <i>Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae</i>, <i>Xanthomonas campestris</i> pathovars, <i>Xanthomonas axonopodis </i>pv. <i>manihotis</i>, <i>Erwinia amylovora</i>,<i> Xylella fastidiosa</i>,<i> Dickeya </i>(<i>dadantii </i>and<i> solani</i>), and <i>Pectobacterium</i> (<i>carotovorum </i>and <i>atrosepticum</i>).
