cobra - Coordinating Organic Plant Breeding Activities for Diversity ON-Farm Trials in Luxembourg

This dataset is part of the database compiled as an outcome of Work Area 1 in project OrganicYieldsUP. Variable definitions can be found here: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15276082 This field trial investigates the pre-crop effects of legumes on cereals, specifically focusing on spelt. The trial includes 16 treatments, comparing various mixtures of winter and spring legumes. Triticale is grown in winter as a monocrop, followed by spelt as the subsequent crop, serving as the control and reference. Conducted at two sites with silty loam soil, the trial monitors daily weather conditions. The mean annual temperature at the sites is 9.5°C and 10.7°C, with mean annual precipitation of 858.5 mm and 687.2 mm, respectively.
