Parameter fragility in the reanalysis of published Mössbauer spectra: Reproducibility data and code
收藏资源简介:
Reproducibility data and code supporting the study “Parameter fragility in the reanalysis of published Mössbauer spectra” by Osman Armağan and Muhammed Emin Bedir. The release contains retained spectral coordinates, 44 primary archive fits and their start records, 44,000 archive perturbation refits, 24,000 paired-study refits for 12 panels from five publications, model configurations, 33 implementation-check records, 477 saved field-profile trials, provenance and source tables, bibliographic records, plotting programs, and a self-contained analysis notebook. Default execution verifies retained results and reconstructs figures without optimization; optional reruns write separate outputs. The archive contains 44 spectra from 19 publications (eight connected coauthor groups). Paired numerical references are author-supplied plotted spectra, not verified instrument-level raw counts. The analysis describes parameter sensitivity and agreement with published fits, not physical-accuracy guarantees. No independent external magnetic validation or second-operator extraction is included. Download and extract Zenodo_Upload_Files.zip. It contains five files: Reproducibility_Package.zip (complete data/code release and integrity manifest), Reproduce_Analysis.ipynb (standalone notebook), Figures_600dpi.zip (12 main/supplementary figures in PNG, TIFF, PDF and SVG), README.txt, and CITATION.cff. Extract Reproducibility_Package.zip for direct access to individual data/code files. For notebook use, follow README.txt and select the inner Reproducibility_Package.zip when prompted. Author-created material is distributed under CC BY 4.0. Third-party software and source data retain their original terms and attribution; no additional third-party rights are granted. Article PDFs are not redistributed. This is a separate release from the authors’ earlier provenance/ML corpus (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21997560; related article DOI 10.1039/d6ra08367f).
