This dataset contains supplementary files and figures supporting the integrative transcriptomic analyses of oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma (OTSCC). It includes differentially expressed gene (DEG) lists with FDR-adjusted p-values, R scripts used for DEG analyses, a curated set of 1,117 consistently upregulated genes, and survival analyses identifying genes associated with overall and disease-free survival. The dataset further provides CCNA2-centered correlation analyses, KEGG Pathway and Gene Ontology enrichment results, and protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analyses identifying hub proteins in both CCNA2 co-expression and global OTSCC networks. Supplementary figures illustrate CCNA2 methylation analysis and PPI network of upregulated genes in OTSCC.
