Human hippocampal progenitor cells treated 48 hrs +/- TNF

This study used single-cell RNA sequencing to characterize transcriptional responses of a hippocampal progenitor cell line (HPC0A07/03A) to tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) exposure. Cells were profiled following 48 hours +/- TNF-α treatment under proliferative conditions. Sample multiplexing was performed using TotalSeq-B hashtag oligonucleotides (control-treated cells; HTO-AHH01-TotalSeqB, 0.1 ng/ml TNF-treated cells;HTO-AHH02-TotalSeqB, and 1 ng/ml TNF-treated cells HTO-AHH03-TotalSeqB), enabling pooled library preparation and sequencing. These data provide a resource for investigating how inflammatory signaling influences hippocampal progenitor cell states.
