资源简介:
This study uses double-digest RADseq to identify genome-wide variants associated with infection status and physiological parameters in hibernating vespertilionid bats. A total of 189 individuals from several species were sequenced to examine host genomic factors linked to tolerance of Pseudogymnoascus destructans, Trypanosoma, and Bartonella infections, as well as variation in blood biochemistry and haematology during hibernation. The dataset includes paired-end RADseq reads generated for genome-wide association analyses
