资源简介:
The antibiotic degradation function might confer a selective advantage on antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains, thus promoting their dispersion in polluted environments. This project tested, through a microcosm study, the impact of manure amendment and sulfamethazine pollution on the invasion potential of a sulfamethazine degradant and resistant strain (Microbacterium sp. C448) in bacterial communities of four soils. Studying the soil microbial community structure and diversity by Illumina 16S rDNA sequencing helps identify the reasons for the success or failure of the strain invasion.
