Tissue-specific expression of SmSAUR genes in Salvia miltiorrhiza

The roots and rhizomes of Salvia miltiorrhiza are widely used in China as drugs to treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Root morphology and development are important factors affecting the quality and yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza, but the molecular mechanism of root development is still unclear. Exploring the tissue-specific expression pattern of SmSAUR gene in S. miltiorrhiza will lay a foundation for exploring the molecular mechanism of root development of S. Miltiorrhiza.
