Borssele cores for a preliminary geological, geotechnical, and hydro-geological investigation from 2011 - KB-101 Core CT-Scan Data

This data release contains CT scan data of the cores collected from the drilling KB-101 in 2011 in Borssele, which was part of the 5 drillings for a preliminary geological, geotechnical, and hydro-geological investigation for the site characterization of the Borssele 2 Power Plant. The cores are stored at COVRA's premises.<br>The borehole KB-101 was drilled to a total depth of 200 m. A total of 201 cores have been collected. 10 cores are from Boom Clay, 25 cores are from Watervliet Clay, 59 cores are from Asse Clay (all Paleogene clay) formations (between 70 m and 200 m depth). 本数据集包含2011年于博尔瑟勒（Borssele）地区KB-101钻井采集的岩芯CT扫描数据。该钻井是为博尔瑟勒2号电厂开展场地勘察所实施的5口初步地质、岩土工程及水文地质调查钻井之一。所有采集的岩芯均保存于COVRA的场地内。
