ETH-BSSE Hands-On Teaching 2025: Multicellular Systems Image Analysis Practical

This Zenodo record contains the large data archives for the ETH-BSSE course 636-0126-00L Multicellular Systems HS2025, developed for the 2025 hands-on practical by the Liberali Lab. The archives include raw and example imaging data, together with processed tables and AnnData .h5ad files used by the practical notebooks. The files are provided as .tar archives to preserve the original folder structure.
