Decode the breeding utilization genomic blocks between wheat varieties with Hidden Markov Model based method to accelerating the understanding of modern wheat breeding /germplasm network

We develop a uniform method to perform unsupervised characterization of stratified genomic diversity among 212 wheat varieties, and provide a pilot framework to construct a comprehensive modern wheat germplasm network. This work supplies a valuable resource for facilitating efficient germplasm utilization and directing wheat breeding in the future.
