Assessment of transcriptional programs of Tfh isolated from lymph nodes recipients post-transplantation to investigate the effect of IL-15 on Tfh cells. Overall design: Tfh cells were sorted from the lymph nodes of kidney transplant recipients and cultured with IL-15 for 6 hours. Bulk RNA-Seq was performed to profile transcriptional changes in response to IL-15 stimulation.
