We constructed B cell lines with inducible and stable HIV-1 Tat expression and performed RNA sequencing to study the acute and chronic effects of Tat protein. Overall design: RNA-seq of lymphoblastoid B cell line RPMI8866 with inducible or stable HIV-1 Tat protein expression. Mock RPMI8866 cells and RPMI(Tat-ind) cells before doxycycline treatment were used as controls. Three biological replicates in each group.
