As three alternative configurations occurred for both loci with similar values of Fct, all three are presented in order of descending Fct. Columns indicate sources of genetic variation, the amount of variation accounted for by each source expressed as a percentage, and the fixation indices with associated significance levels determined through 1000 permutations of the data.
