To investigate how different management practices affected the bacterial community structure in soil, ii) to investigate how the application of bean residue affected the bacterial community structure in soil with different agricultural practices and iii) compare the bacterial populations involved in the mineralization of bean residue with those when maize residue was applied to soil.
