CRC_MetaThermo_v1: Reproducible processed data package for integrated single-cell analysis of colorectal cancer metastasis

This repository contains the minimal processed data package supporting the study: “Integrated single-cell analysis of colorectal cancer metastasis reveals a stress-associated trajectory and constrained pharmacological reversal landscape.” The package includes: • Integrated scVI harmonized single-cell atlas (AnnData format)• Metadata annotations• Differential expression outputs• Metastasis-associated transcriptional signatures• Immune and tumor trajectory statistics• Drug perturbation overlap results• Network and mechanism-flow analysis tables• Figure source tables supporting principal manuscript figures Original datasets analyzed in this study are publicly available from GEO under accession numbers: GSE178318GSE231559GSE298084GSE299737GSE110009 This release represents a minimal reproducible scientific package intended to support manuscript reproducibility. Internal automation systems, server infrastructure, API orchestration, and commercial platform components are intentionally excluded.
