Raw Data_Factors Influencing Career Burnout Among Employees at Shenyang Normal University

The dataset "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Employee Career Burnout" was collected from faculty and staff at Shenyang Normal University between September and December 2024, using the Sojump platform (www.Sojump.com). After removing invalid responses, 434 valid questionnaires were analyzed. This study focuses on key factors influencing career burnout, including AI awareness, perceived organizational support, and organizational commitment, to explore their impact on burnout within the context of AI technology. The dataset provides valuable insights into understanding employees' psychological states and development.
