Time Series of differentiation from human iAT2s to iAT1s in L+DCI medium

The goal of this study is to understand the transcriptomic shift during differentiatiton of iAT2s to iAT1s in 3D Overall design: BU3 NGAT iPSCs were differentiated into iPSC derived alveolar epithelial type 2 cells (iAT2s) in 3D Matrigel. Cells were passaged into iAT2 medium (CK+DCI) and the first sample was taken 3 days post passage. Media on remaining cells was changed to iAT1 differentiation medium (L+DCI) and samples were taken at 24, 48, and 72 hours post media change. Cells were collected for 10x Genomics cDNA prep on different days, but sequenced together.
