Haemophilus influenzae Genome sequencing and assembly. Haemophilus influenzae

Haemophilus influenzae (H. influenzae, Hi) can cause respiratory infections and, less commonly, serious diseases like meningitis. In this study, we isolated 24 mucoid-type H. influenzae strains from pediatric patients, in contrast to typical non-mucoid H. influenzae strains. Genomic sequencing was conducted on these 24 H. influenzae strains, followed by annotation analyses. Comparative genomic analyses were performed.
