<p>Percentage accuracy of estimated angular reproduction number (), temperature-independent reproduction number (ti-R<sub>t</sub>) and temperature-dependent reproduction number (td-R<sub>t</sub>) under simulations with varying period, amplitude and smoothness of true underlying R<sub>t</sub> and varying temperature datasets. Percentage accuracy was calculated based on whether the significant transmissibility estimates and true Rt were both below 1 or above 1. The transmissibility estimate with the highest accuracy in each scenario was underlined.</p>
