资源简介:
R28 cells are a rat retinal precursor cell line, and the oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion (OGD/R) model established in R28 cells is commonly used to simulate retinal ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. Edaravone (EDA), a free radical scavenger, has been reported to alleviate retinal I/R injury in rats; however, its underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we employed the R28 OGD/R model to mimic retinal I/R injury and performed transcriptomic profiling to compare the molecular alterations between the EDA-treated group and the DMSO vehicle control group at 2 hours after reperfusion, aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which EDA ameliorates OGD/R-induced injury in R28 cells.
