RNA-seq analysis was performed in PDAC patient-derived cell line PANC-1 (NC and METTL16-silenced) to analyze the expression of RNA levels after loss of METTL16. Overall design: PANC-1 cells were transfected with siRNA of METTL16 and control siRNA. Total RNA was extracted from the samples using the TRIzol method. The total RNA extracted from the samples was tested by a NanoDrop 2000 and denaturing gel electrophoresis. RNA Sequencing Analysis were performed after the sample quality control.
