ACSL6-activated IL18R1-NF-?B promotes IL18-mediated tumor immune evasion and tumor progression

RNAseq analysis of MHCC97H cells infected with shNT or shACSL6 lentivirus. Overall design: mRNA profiles of MHCC97H cells infected with shNT or shACSL6 were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina Navoseq 6000. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level with two methods: Burrows–Wheeler Aligner (BWA) followed by ANOVA (ANOVA) and TopHat followed by Cufflinks. qRT–PCR validation was performed using SYBR Green assays.
