Transcriptomic analysis of Mycoplasma hyopneumonia infection in 3D4/21 cells

This study investigates the transcriptomic responses of 3D4/21 cells infected with Mycoplasma hyopneumonia, a major pathogen causing enzootic pneumonia in pigs. Using high-throughput RNA sequencing, we aim to identify key regulatory genes and pathways involved in the immune response and pathogenesis of this disease. The goal is to improve understanding of host-pathogen interactions and potentially identify targets for therapeutic interventions.
