Opinions on corporate welfare services in Italy 2020

According to data published in 2020, more than half of employees in Italy would accept an increase in the salary or a bonus in form of welfare services. More specifically, the share of respondents who declared to be in favor reached some 55 percent. On the contrary, about 23 percent of employees stated to be against.
