36 Hordeum_vulgare samples treated at low temperatures

Two spring hulless barley varieties seedlings were placed under room temperature with sufficient light, managed routinely, and cultivated until the three-leaf stage, and then put into an artificial climate chamber for low temperature treatment (light 14h/dark 10h). A gradient cooling method was adopted, with 24 h of treatment on each temperature gradient, and 15 pots of each treatment. The treatment temperatures were 24, 12, 5, 0, -5 and -8 Celsius degree.The experiment was set up with 3 replications.
