This dataset contains the raw data supporting the study “Dynamic regulation of the choroid plexus vascular barrier controls brain metastasis formation”.It includes quantitative fluorescence measurements from confocal microscopy, raw confocal image files (.lif), flow cytometry data files (.fcs), and ex vivo bioluminescence imaging (IVIS) data from murine models of breast cancer brain metastasis.The dataset also includes anonymised numerical data from retrospective analyses of circulating biomarkers (PV1 and LBP) in breast and lung cancer patients.All numerical values underlying the figures and statistical analyses are provided, together with detailed metadata and experimental context.Data are shared in compliance with ethical and institutional regulations.
