Transcriptional adjustments induced by blue light enrichment during photosynthetic induction

The speedy stomatal opening in response to blue light (BL) relies on certain molecular regulators, which are activated soon after the exposure to BL. However, it remains unclear whether BL simultaneously induces any transcriptional adjustments that will affect the rapidity of the stomatal BL specific response over a longer term. To answer this question, we investigated the transcriptional adjustments occurred 10 min after the LL induction.
