MIBI-TOF imaging and spatial analysis from Walker et al., "Spatially resolved epithelial states delineate immunosuppressive niches of impaired myeloid antigen presentation in PDAC"

Processed multiplexed ion beam imaging (MIBI-TOF) data and derived analysis files for Walker et al. Includes compensated multiplexed images, cell segmentation, cell and nest masks, single-cell tables, spatial and extracellular-matrix feature tables, and bulk RNA-seq / EcoTyper outputs. Data are provided as per-folder tarballs (some split into ~2 GB parts); reassemble the parts and unpack into a Data/ folder at the repository root — see the repository README. Raw MIBI-TOF acquisition data are available from the authors on request.
