About This repository contains an anonymized survey of the reproducibility practices of 50 industrial ecology studies that use machine learning. Contents reproducibility_v1.zip contains the following files: README.txt - basic analysis metadata. best_practice_anon.ipynb - an analysis of reproducibility practices of the surveyed industrial ecology papers. citation_analysis_anon.ipynb - an analysis of how the surveyed studies have been cited, using the OpenAlex API. .csv/.xlsx - data files for the analysis which are described in the jupyter notebooks above.
