资源简介:
In this paper, we mainly investigated the effects of different dosages of enzyme complexes on the performance, meat quality and rumen microorganisms of yaks through macrogenomics and transcriptomics, and found that the levels of dietary enzyme complexes significantly affected the growth performance, rumen fluid PH and serum biochemical indexes. Moreover, the differences of dominant strains and CAZymes among different groups were found by macrogenomics, and the differential genes among different groups and those differential genes were significantly enriched in those receptor pathways were found by transcriptomics. Finally, the correlation of microorganisms with genes of growth and metabolism was analyzed by combined macrogenomics and transcriptomics.
