The DepMap Portal is the web portal for the Cancer Dependency Map (DepMap) project, developed and maintained by the Broad Institute. This database provides open-access cancer core dependency data, analytical tools, and visualization resources, aiming to help researchers identify cancer vulnerabilities. As part of the public-private partnership of the DepMap Consortium, DepMap releases data updates semi-annually, including multi-omics datasets such as genome editing screens and proteomics data.
