This dataset includes global simulations of electric vehicle (EV) electricity consumption patterns from 2010 to 2100 across a 0.5°×0.5° spatial resolution grid. It covers data on EV stock, vehicle-miles traveled (VMT), electricity efficiency, and ambient temperature impacts. The dataset integrates historical data, climate scenarios (RCP-SSP pathways), and machine learning predictions to estimate EV electricity demand, oil displacement, and indirect greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, it includes monthly average temperature data, EV response functions to temperature, and projections for global EV adoption and energy use under multiple policy scenarios.
