Interleukin-15 (Il15) stimulates the phosphorylation of Shc1 bound to Interleukin-2 receptor subunit beta (Il2rb) (Zambricki et al 2005), which is a component of the Il15 and Il2 receptor complexes (Bennet et al. 1994, Li et al. 1994).
