ImmGen cytokines: Signatures of “common γ-chain” family cytokines

Profiling of early in-vivo responses to the 6 common gamma-chain family cytokines, in 14 immunologic cell-types. 5-8 week old C57Bl/6J mice from the Jackson Laboratory were injected intravenously with free cytokine or a cytokine-antibody complex (10ug mIL2; 5 μg IL4 with 25 μg 11B11 anti-IL4 mAb; 0.75ug mIL7 with 15ug anti-IL7 M25 mAb; 5ug mIL9; 2.5ug mIL15 with 15ug mIL15Ra-Fc; 20ug mIL21. After 2 hours, spleen and peritoneal cavity cells were harvested, and 14 myeloid and lymphoid cell-types were sorted (double-sorted per ImmGen SOP) and processed for RNA-seq. - Mast Cell Perit.
