Research data supporting "Anisotropic ice-templated collagen scaffolds for soft tissue engineering: a mechanical characterisation toolkit"

This dataset contains experimental mechanical testing data of anisotropic ice-templated collagen scaffolds. It includes: - Raw force-displacement data of compression and tensile tests - Sample dimensions - Python scripts for reproducing the plots in the manuscript The Python scripts contain data analysis for both monotonic and cyclic loading, with detailed comments throughout. For monotonic loading, force-displacement data was converted to stress-strain using the sample dimensions. For cyclic loading, custom functions were used to identify individual cycles from the stress-strain curves and to recalibrate the start of each cycle to the origin.
