Dataset "Early 72-hour serum creatinine kinetics predict 90-day mortality in hepatorenal syndrome-associated AKI"

This Zenodo record contains the de-identified clinical dataset underlying the analyses for the publication “Early 72-hour serum creatinine kinetics predict 90-day mortality in hepatorenal syndrome-associated AKI." The dataset comprises patient-level, time-resolved serum creatinine measurements during the first 72 hours after diagnosis of hepatorenal syndrome–associated acute kidney injury (HRS-AKI), together with key baseline characteristics, selected laboratory/clinical variables, and the primary outcome of 90-day mortality.
