This dataset contains multimodal electron microscopy data used to investigate the atomic-scale structural and electronic behaviour of halide perovskite materials used for light-emitting devices. The data were generated from solution-processed perovskite thin films with nominal composition Cs₁.₂FA₀.₃Pb₀.₉Ca₀.₁(Br₀.₆₅Cl₀.₃₅)₃. The datasets were collected using aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM). Multiple complementary imaging and spectroscopy modes were employed to characterise the atomic structure and chemical composition of the material. Raw microscopy datasets were processed using established electron microscopy data analysis workflows, including py4DSTEM and Hyperspy. The provided files include original data from figures and plots as indicated, including optical emission data, device performance data and electron microscopy-related data. Data from each figure are stored separately in the spreadsheet. Detailed experimental methods are clearly illustrated in the main text.
