Leading online channels during the holiday season in Europe 2022

Over one-third of respondents from the United Kingdom (36 percent) and one-quarter of respondents from the European Union (25 percent) said that their favored method for shopping during the holiday season in 2022 is through brand websites. This makes brand websites the most popular online purchase channel in both the EU and the UK. Mobile websites, mobile apps, and online marketplaces were also popular in both regions.
