This is a spatial distribution dataset of land use types in Guangshui City, Suizhou Prefecture, Hubei Province in 2016. The dataset is in vector format and includes attribute fields such as land code and land type. The land types are classified into secondary categories including paddy fields, dry lands, closed forest land, shrub land, sparse forest land, other forest land, high-coverage grassland, medium-coverage grassland, low-coverage grassland, rivers and canals, lakes, reservoirs and ponds, permanent glaciers and snowfields, tidal flats, bottom lands, urban land, rural settlements, other construction land, sandy land, gobi, saline-alkali land, swamp land, bare land, bare rock and gravel land, and others. Among them, cultivated land is classified into paddy fields and dry lands on mountains, hills, plains, and slopes with a gradient greater than 25 degrees based on landform. The data scale is 1:100,000.
