Reproducibility package for residual antibiotic resistance gene burden after wastewater treatment

This is a public-safe reproducibility package (data, metadata, protocol, and analysis scripts) supporting the quantitative evidence synthesis of antibiotic resistance gene (ARG) and mobile genetic element (MGE) fate in wastewater treatment plant-centered systems, as reported in “Residual antibiotic resistance gene burden after wastewater treatment: a traceable, knowledge-graph-based evidence synthesis for environmental resistance-gene surveillance.” The package includes frozen analysis cohorts (SHA-256 manifests), deterministic normalization and synthesis scripts, and provenance metadata for 713 studies screened and extracted under a human-audited LLM pipeline. Publisher-controlled content, manuscript text, and internal audit notes are excluded; DOI-linked source documents remain authoritative for original study data. Data, metadata, and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Analysis scripts (scripts/) are separately licensed under the MIT License—see the repository LICENSE file for details. This release regenerates the study’s reported results; it is not an installable or general-purpose software tool.
