Permit Decision Guarantee Policy Performance SFY 2012 - Current Environmental Protection

This data shows DEP’s performance under the terms of its Permit Decision Guarantee Policy. All authorizations that have time frames listed in Appendix A of that Policy are grouped by program and by fiscal year. Trends in the column “Disposed on Time” reflect DEP’s progress toward the aspirational goal of 100% of received permits processed on time. The data shows actions that occurred in each fiscal year. For example, it shows the number of applications received in that year and the number disposed in that year. If an application is received in one year and disposed in the next year, then it will be counted in “Received” for the first year and in “Disposed” for the next year.
