This repository contains the data for Davoudi, Climer, Issa, and Dombeck, “Hippocampal representations drift in stable multisensory environments,” published in Neuron (2026). Analyses were performed in MATLAB R2024a. The code used to analyze these data and generate all figures in Davoudi et al. (2026) is available at: https://github.com/DombeckLab/Davoudi2026 The MATLAB (.mat) dataset includes the following for each recording session: 1) Preprocessed behavioral data for mice performing three multisensory navigation tasks. 2) Preprocessed two-photon imaging data from hippocampal and entorhinal neural populations during these tasks. 3) Comprehensive secondary analyses of neural populations, including spatial tuning, conjunctive properties, and Bayesian decoding across tasks and brain regions. 4) Aggregated and analyzed data that pools results across sessions. The main data folder contains three task-specific folders (visually guided, olfactory guided, and first-target tasks). Within each task folder are three brain-region folders (CA1, LEC, and MEC). Each brain-region folder contains .mat files for individual sessions, named by mouse ID and recording date. In total, this study includes recordings from 15 mice across 153 sessions, comprising 45,277 cells.
