资源简介:
address the complex relationship between inflammation and fibrosis inEosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE), a chronic Type-2 inflammatory disease of the esophagus. Whileinflammation in EoE is well known to drive fibrosis over time, the mechanisms underlying fibrosisdevelopment and its potential to occur independently of inflammation remain poorly understood. Todisentangle this relationship, we performed RNA sequencing on esophageal biopsies stratified intoinflamed, non-inflamed, fibrotic, and non-fibrotic groups and analyzed gene expression signatures.
