资源简介:
Therefore, to compare the impacts of dredging and ecological remediation on sediments, an ecological restoration project involving artificial wetland (AW), the dredging area (DE) and the natural area (NT) was carried out in a shallow lake and followed for 1 year. Water, sediments, and microbial communities were monitored. We want to reveal the ecological restoration process through changes in microbial community structure and provide data and technology for ecological restoration and management of shallow eutrophic lakes. Samplings were performed in October, November, and December 2022, January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, and September 2023. A total of 216 samples were obtained from the three areas across 12 months. The surface sediment (0-10 cm) was sampled using stainless-steel grab sampler, and water samples at the depth of 100 cm were collected using water extractors. Sediment samples were performed once a month, and water samples were performed twice a month.
