通过该系统实现对市属国资企业监管业务线上化处理，通过网络化、电子化、数字化应用，规范和优化国资监管流程，掌控国有资本布局、运营、收益及安全，促进高质量发展。系统以平台建设为基础，业务数据为主线，推动建立国资在线监管大数据平台与数据运营服务机制达到“数据能汇聚、业务有关联、动态可维护、监管有抓手”的目标。

This system enables the online processing of supervision services for municipal state-owned enterprises. Through the application of networking, electronization and digitalization, it standardizes and optimizes the state-owned assets supervision workflow, exercises full oversight over the layout, operation, revenue and security of state-owned capital, and promotes high-quality development. Based on platform construction and taking business data as the core thread, this system promotes the establishment of a big data platform for online state-owned assets supervision and a data operation service mechanism, aiming to achieve the goals of "data aggregation, business correlation, dynamic maintainability, and effective supervision support".
