aAvrLm1, AvrLm6, AvrLm4-7 and LmCys2 are in AT-isochores in the wild type (v23.1.3) isolate but inserted in GC-isochores in transformants (v29.3.1-AvrLm1-x, v29.3.1-AvrLm6-x, NzT4-AvrLm4-7-x or v29.3.1-LmCys2-x).
