Main characteristics of included randomized controlled trials (Insomnia)

Using a data extraction form that included relevant information, two independent researchers collected the following data from each included study: (1) basic information, including first author, country, and year of publication, (2) participant characteristics, including mean (standard deviations) age, sample size, and percentage of boys, (3) diagnostic criteria of insomnia, (4) intervention and control, (5) sleep related outcome measures.
