资源简介：
The database has 640 images of cherry coffee fruits in different stages of ripening. This images has captured with a dimension of 224 X 224, and 15 channels (each channel represents a different wavelength).
images:
Inmadure -> 130
Semi-mature -> 160
Mature -> 160
Overripe -> 112
Dry -> 78
In addition, a conversion of the 15 channels of each image to RGB was performed.
